What we collect, and what we don't

Plain English, because the honest version fits on one page. Last updated 6 October 2026.

Who we are

Reforge Media is a trading name of Oliver Henson Ltd. We market marketing services to phone repair and other local service businesses, and we sell a one-off 90-day marketing plan.

Questions about this page, or about anything below: email ollie@reforgemedia.co.uk.

The booking details you type in

On the 90-day plan page you can ask for a 45-minute call. The form collects your name, email, and optionally your business name and phone number, together with the time you picked.

We use those details for one job: to confirm the slot, prepare for the call and keep a record of the enquiry. They are stored in our own database with our hosting provider, not sold or shared with advertisers.

We keep an enquiry until you ask us to delete it. No payment details are collected on the website — payment for the plan is arranged after the call, only if you decide to go ahead.

Advertising measurement (the Meta Pixel)

We want to know which adverts actually lead to booked calls, so the 90-day plan page loads the Meta Pixel, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.

The pixel sets cookies and a browser identifier on your device, records that you viewed the page, and — if you submit a booking request — records that a booking happened, so Meta can attribute it to the advert you clicked.

What we send is deliberately thin: no name, no email, no phone number, no booking time. We do not upload customer lists to Meta, and we do not match visitors against them.

The purposes are measurement and ad optimisation: counting results, and letting the ad system look for more people like those who book.

Your choice, and how to change it

For visitors in the UK and Ireland — and anywhere your location can't be confirmed — nothing is sent to Meta until you allow it in the notice on the page. Visitors elsewhere are measured by default, and can still opt out below.

Your choice is stored in this browser together with the time it was made and which version of the notice you saw, so we can show what you agreed to. Changing your mind later doesn't erase that record.

A withdrawal applies straight away, in every tab you have open, to anything that would be sent from that point on. Events that were blocked while you had declined are never replayed after you accept.

Switching it off

Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page on this site to reopen the notice and change your mind — that works whether or not you were shown it automatically.

You can also manage interest-based adverts across the web in Meta's ad preferences, and most browsers let you clear cookies or block trackers for this site.

Your rights

Email ollie@reforgemedia.co.uk to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll do it unless we have a clear legal reason not to, and we'll tell you if we do.

If you're unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
